The Gallery

Since the Gallery opened nearly 20 years ago we have exhibited a wide variety of subjects and many different mediums, oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolour, collage and mixed medium to name but a few. By changing our exhibitions monthly we are able to hang 10 exhibitions annually with our Open Exhibition taking place in the summer for two months. We like to encourage individual artists to exhibit and by sharing an exhibition with two other artists we are able to bring greater diversity to our Gallery. Over the years many Midland art groups have had solo exhibitions giving their members the opportunity of exhibiting in this wonderful space. With the Gallery becoming so popular we are now booking exhibitions three years in advance!

Summer Open Exhibition 2008 4 July - 28 August 2008
An exhibition of works by over 80 artists from around the Midlands and beyond covering all mediums and subjects.

1 July - mid October 2008 our Mystery in Stone Sculpture Exhibition, a major exhibition of contemporary hand carved stone sculptures by Shona artist depicting their culture, religious beliefs and everyday life. Stone Carving Workshops available for beginners to experienced carvers.
